All of our items are hand knit in Bosnia and Herzegovina and, in most cases, are made to order. For this reason, on average, your order will ship within 5 business days. If the item is immediately available, it will ship within 2 business days.

Wooly Rouge products are shipped by DHL. Shipping is free of charge.

Wooly Rouge ships worldwide! Please email info@woolyrouge.com with any overseas shipping questions/concerns.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees.

Wooly Rouge wants you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if something is not right, please let us know. We do offer refunds if requested within 14 days from date of receipt. All tags must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Please note that we do not refund return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package. Wooly Rouge has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your refund and/or exchange from the date we receive your package. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number and email address.

If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us by email at info@woolyrouge.com within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.
