Shipping costs are calculated before you place your order. Shipping is free on orders of €200 or more.

FAULTY ITEMS -
If you receive a damaged item, you have three days to notify us at the following address: info@woolyrouge.com. Wooly Rouge is not liable for any damage that may have occurred during transit.

RETURNS -
You have 14 days to return your order if you are not fully satisfied with it. An exchange for a product of equal value may be considered instead of a refund. Products must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your request will be processed within two weeks.
